PERSONAL TRAINING session: 30/45/60 min ($30/ $40/ $50)

  • We will focus specifically on workouts that will achieve your goals and get results. 

  • Identify weaknesses or imbalances and make sure you strengthen them each workout.

  • Develop and strengthen form and technique to make habits for life.

  • I specialise in fat loss, muscle tone, building lean athletic muscle, strength and conditioning, speed & agility, functional movement and sport specific training.

BOOTCAMPS

45 MIN BOOTCAMP SESSION: (3-5 PEOPLE: $70 / 5-10 PEOPLE: $90 / 11+ PEOPLE: $110)

  • Will focus on the groups general goals and make sure the workouts are fun and challenging.

  • I will make sure everyone is able to complete the workout, always offering regressions and progressions for exercises.

  • I specialise in fat loss, muscle tone, building lean athletic muscle, strength and conditioning, speed & agility, functional movement and sport specific training.

  • Can be flexible with locations but Iā€™m based in Takapuna, North Shore so this would be ideal.
