Grey Lynn Park is my primary training location, but we can discuss other locations if Grey Lynn is inconvenient for you as I consider myself a mobile personal trainer.
CONSULTATION + Workout: 50 min - $35 (required before regular PT session).
- Discuss and set your goals.
- Decide on your challenge to smash each week to measure your hard work and progress.
Nutrition advice and weekly meal-log critiques if wanted.
- Target your habits that may be holding you back and implement solutions.
- Discuss any sporting or competition goals to implement in your sessions.
- Discuss workouts outside of our sessions. I can help supply extra workouts.
- 20 - 30 min workout so I can get a feel for where you're at and detect any weaknesses, imbalances, technique or form issues etc, which will help me plan your future sessions.
PERSONAL TRAINING session: 50 min training session - $45
We will focus specifically on workouts that will achieve your goals.
- Identify weaknesses or imbalances and make sure you strengthen them.
I specialise in fat loss, muscle tone, muscle growth, strength and conditioning, functional movement and sport training (specifically football).
