Currently a part of the Football Ferns squad and just recently returned from a football scholarship in America, I have lived in high performance gyms for the past 8 years. Health, wellbeing, and fitness is something I speak fluently. Always pushing to improve my speed, power, endurance, coordination, strength, mental game, nutrition, sleep patterns, work-life balance - anything to push myself to that next level. To keep things affordable and convenient for you - I try to organise locations to meet that are close to where you live or work! I also try to make most of the sessions outdoors, because I believe nature is a powerful tool to connect with and helps to keep us grounded (and a ton of other benefits I won't ramble on about here!) But it also keeps the cost down of your sessions. If it is a night time session or rainy day, I have an indoor space located in Epsom.


Important Note: 

I have been casually personal training for the past few years now but I'm still not a 'qualified' personal trainer. I am currently studying at the New Zealand Institute of Health & Fitness and will be fully qualified and REPS registered by August 2018. When I become qualified in August, expect a price raise for personal training sessions. Book your session now while the rate is cheaper!
